2018 Science Fair Results

This year’s projects were a lot of fun, and our judges really enjoyed looking at them all. The judges had a hard time voting but the results are in. An average was taken of each of the judges scores based on methods, data gathering and organization, presentation, materials, evidence, and results.

The following six projects will go on to represent Sequoia at the OUSD district Science Fair May 21-23:
TK/K : Mr. Fleischman’s Class
1st: Starr Fuller- Kellogg
2nd: Ayanna Sakamoto
3rd: Ms Oby’s Class
4th: Mr. J’s class
5th: Alden King, Felix Mott, Jonah O’Brien and Garrott Roddy

Runners Up:
TK/K: Ms. Love’s class
1st: Ms Ashunda’s Class
2nd: Ms Catalano’s Class
3rd: Carlos Diaz
4th: Suriyan Sokol and Coyo Tena

Best Individual Class Project: Ms. Love
