Physical Education

Our physical education programs help our kids get in shape and build skills and confidence through creative games and exercises.

For our pre-K and kindergarten students, the weekly motor skills program helps our young students learn to use their bodies in coordinated ways by developing balance, visual perception and rhythm.

Our 1st through 5th graders participate in weekly P.E. instruction, playing games such as caroms, field hockey, Frisbee golf, Greek dodge, the Stinky Sock game, obstacle courses and bowling. Our P.E. instructor aims for all Sequoia students to state and national averages, so they can all run a mile and still feel great.
