Keep the bidding going!

Keep the bidding going!

We are just one week into the online portion of the auction and we’ve already had more than 450 bids, and have raised over $8,000 for Sequoia! This is a strong start and we are very grateful for all of the support you’ve shown.

A few important updates:

1. We have a TON of new items, including many more from Sequoia’s beloved teachers: pizza-making with Mr. Bob, cookie-making with Ms. Chiodo, block architecture with Mr. Fleischman and many more. There are also more special experiences for parents—wood-fired pizza-making (and eating!) with the Givler family; cocktail-making (and imbibing!) with the Prinz family; a parents’ night out/movie & pizza night for kids with Lenore Reiser. There are more camps, classes, indulgences, restaurants, tickets and events—basically, more of everything!
2. We are still running behind in terms of the total value of the donated items and will continue to accept donations until February 4. So please keep asking your friends, family and business contacts, then enter donations here: http://bit.ly/sequoiaitemdonation
3. Please share the auction link on social media! The auction is open to all (with the exception of certain items that are restricted to Sequoia families) and external bidders can go a long, long way toward helping us reach our fundraising goal: http://bit.ly/sequoiaauction

Please also take a moment to check out the six generous sponsors whose donations are covering the costs of the event.
