Science Extravaganza Night March 21st 6pm to 7:45pm

Science is Awesome!
To kick off the Sequoia – OUSD Science fair, come by Sequoia’s auditorium for a fun night filled with STEM and engineering adventures. Hands on activities include building marble runs, parachutes, catapults, circuitry, earthquake proof buildings and more. Healthy snacks will be available.
Sequoia Auditorium 6pm to 7:45 pm. Donations will be accepted to go towards our science and other enrichment classes.

I NEED PARENT VOLUNTEERS. Please let me know if you can help set up tables in the afternoon, run a station that night and/or help breakdown. Each activity includes a detailed instruction card and you do not need a background in science to assist! Each station is self contained and is very manageable. We are short this year on volunteers so anytime you can donate is VERY appreciated. I know it is getting to be that time of year when you think . . . “When will it stop!?” Last year this event was such a success and the kids has sooooo much fun. But we need parent participation (or older non elementary siblings) to make this work. Let’s make it a Sequoia tradition! Text, call or email me if you can help. THANK YOU.
